At KW Utah Realtors Latino, we believe in transparency and honesty in all our business relationships. As part of our commitment to clarity, we want to inform you that we have an Affiliate Business Agreement with Top Level Home Loans, a mortgage company co-owned by some of our leaders.

Affiliate Relationship
This agreement means that KW Utah Realtors Latino and Top Level Home Loans have a business relationship in which we share certain resources and collaborate to provide both real estate and mortgage services to our clients. While we may recommend the services of Top Level Home Loans, you are not obligated to use them. You are free to choose any lender or service provider you prefer.

Information Sharing
In some cases, your personal and transaction-related information may be shared between KW Utah Realtors Latino and Top Level Home Loans to facilitate your overall experience, such as in the purchase, sale, or financing of a property. However, we do not share personal information without your explicit consent and always respect your right to choose other providers.

Your Choice
If you decide not to use the services of Top Level Home Loans, it will not impact the quality or availability of the services we provide at KW Utah Realtors Latino. You are entirely free to choose any other financial or mortgage service provider.
